Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final. Background checks involve the retrieval of public records and the compilation of personal and legal information, which cannot be returned or reversed once delivered.

No Refunds

1. Checkmate Co. does not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for any Services purchased.
2. Clients acknowledge and accept that payment covers the cost of research and processing, regardless of whether records are found or whether the results meet the Client’s expectations.

Accuracy and Limitations

As public records are subject to limitations, omissions, and jurisdictional restrictions, Checkmate Co. cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of all information retrieved. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
