Canadian Criminal Background Check

Criminal Background Check Nation Wide (Canada). Report showing if the person has a Criminal history in Canada. Person's first name, last name and date of birth are required. 

Why this matters:

Your partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife is a huge part of your life and they are or will be intertwined with your family and friends. The person’s past might not be relevant or it might be extremely relevant, either way it’s important to know who you’re surrounding yourself with and it might predict future behavior. Criminal records encompass everything from controlled drugs or controlled substances convictions, harassment, murder, etc.

Canadian Criminal Record

You will receive a report detailing the criminal history of your partner; have they ever been charged or convicted of a crime.  The person’s name and date of birth is required to obtain this information from the National Repository of Criminal Records. Please note, some people have either sealed records and or pardon records which are not visible when making a search. If the person was charged, but not convicted (non-conviction), they can request the destruction of their non-conviction information from the RCMP. If they approved this request, the information will not be visible on the report. The RCMP will not destruct information if the person's record indicates an immediate public safety risk.
